Kofi Polley brings over a decade of valuable experience in Social Security Administration, stemming from his tenure at the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) and five years in the financial industry.

He is a recognized expert in expanding social security coverage and operational efficiency:
– Informal Sector Focus: As a member of the SSNIT reforms project team, Kofi as instrumental in the design and successful implementation of the Informal Sector Scheme.
– Operational Growth: During his time as General Manager (Operations) of the SSNIT Informal Sector Fund, the fund experienced sustainable growth.
– Second Tier Pensions: He led the team at Universal Pension Masters Trust to successfully set up their Second Tier Pension policies and programmes.
– Current Role: Currently, as the COO of People’s Pension Trust, Kofi is focused on offering innovative pension products to provide old-age income security for workers in both the formal and informal sectors.

Kofi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Universalizing Social Security from the Institute of Social Studies, The Hague Netherlands.
