I’m a dedicated, goal-driven corporate lawyer who has considerable experience focusing on general corporate and commercial transactions, contentious regulatory matters and banking and financial disputes. I have represented and advised clients to resolve disputes and legal issues by providing strategic insight. I have been working as an Associate at Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah since 2016. I regularly provide regulatory advice to financial and technology clients on license applications as well as represent the firm’s clients in negotiations. In addition, I have handled an array of matters relating to electronic payments, cross-border disputes, merger and acquisition, debt and equity financing, corporate restructuring and licensing applications to the Bank of Ghana. I have a wealth of experience in dealing with regulators in Ghana including the Bank of Ghana, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the National Insurance Commission. Combining passion, analytical skills, with exceptional work ethic and communication skills, I am licensed to practice law in Ghana, Africa and New York, USA. I obtained a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Exeter and Masters of Law from the University College London. I’m looking to network with peers from all over the world and discover opportunities where I can showcase the breadth of my knowledge and experience in corporate law.
